The Spinner 1000 S is an automatic horizontal orbital stretch wrapper for long and flat products such as doors, cabinet fronts, mouldings, laminate flooring and profiles. Products travel through the rotating ring on a belt conveyor and come out fully wrapped in stretch film, with no limit on product length. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.

How it works
The product is carried through the ring on the belt conveyor (up to 12 m/min, 100 kg/m load capacity) while the film carriage rotates at 20 to 85 rpm, applying a continuous spiral of stretch film. Film width is up to 170 mm, with a maximum roll diameter of 230 mm on a 76 mm core, in 23, 30 or 35 micron thickness.
